About Us

The MANAGE INC. team perfectly exemplifies the concept of multifamily management excellence and stands as an example of balancing the needs of community residents with the goals of owners. An underlying factor in our team training is the realization that each multifamily community offers unique challenges and opportunities. This training helps our team members rise to these challenges and opportunities and excel at recognizing both.

In this role, she continues to provide training to MANAGE INC.’s property management staff, recruit new talent, foster relationships with vendors, and maintain oversight of compliance protocols. As Robert Nielsen sought to retire from MANAGE INC.’s operations, it was a natural and obvious choice to elect Debra Crutcher as president and CEO of MANAGE INC.
